Effective and precise project definition effort by spending due time during initial project phase to collect customer’s requirements, specifications, acceptance criterion, expected delivery schedules and customer processes.

Establishing single point of contact on either side to ensure proper work flow and effective communication on all relevant issues during milestone reviews and while project in execution.

Defining easy to operate and standard terms & conditions to maintain clarity and transparency through out the project execution phase.

B.A.T. defines progress reviews at the project inception phase itself by mutually agreeable milestone reviews with customers besides setting up effective communication channel at both ends and allowing customers to have “ANY TIME” Reviews even while project is in execution.

How does B.A.T. handle project costing & what does the B.A.T. proposal cover?

B.A.T. typically works on a project in four phases – Inception, elaboration, construction and transition. Each phase is estimated for it time and effort and invoiced on project costing basis.

B.A.T. proposal is given either for a general agreement covering small work-packs or for an entire project involving a specific requirement.

B.A.T. proposal covers confidentiality, project scope & definition, responsibilities, project execution methodology, resources allocation, project costing, deliverables & time along with the commercial terms & conditions.

For all Onsite customer requirements onsite working rates on time & material basis are charged with project management handled by customer teams.

B.A.T. signs long term maintenance or a sustenance agreement covering the responsibilities and scope of supply or can conclude with a general agreement to provide modification or enhancements on need & case to case basis.
